Usually, when you set it up do something, you do it regularly for a while. Then, depending on how you perceive it to be paying off, or not, you either get really into it and do it regularly, or slowly get more and more irregular with it before finally giving it up.

But sometimes, the giving up is forced by things that you don’t really control. Or gave given up controlling. It is times like that that are the most frustrating.

Sometimes, that gives a whack on the head and wakes you up and gets you back on track. Those are the most delicious times.
