Whenever there is a discussion on any group it becomes immediately obvious that there are some people who get the point and some people who don’t. Things get really interesting when some people who don’t get it start making loud and intense points and this is usually the time when one of two things happen. The discussion dies a natural death as most of the people who are looking for some sort of natural end just leave knowing that it’s going nowhere or there is a great big argument which again ends up in the discussion going nowhere.

The same point also applies to many situations in life and work. Unfortunately in such circumstances there are much bigger or more important things at stake and leaving is just not an option. This is when it gets frustrating for everyone involved.

Sometimes, we’re lucky enough to have a day where you don’t encounter such situations. I hope your today was one such day!
